Incoloy 800 (UNS N08800) strip is widely processed into thin-walled welded tubing, electrical heating element sheaths, and flexible expansion joints. Its cold-rolled, bright-annealed surface ensures excellent formability during automatic tube-forming and high-speed stamping operations, while maintaining structural resistance against oxidation and high-temperature stress corrosion up to 815°C (1500°F).
